We wanted to make you aware of the behaviour with candidates uploading supporting documents within the application process.
When a candidate completes an application with a supporting document, the system will retain the last document they uploaded. The candidate would need to remove this (if it was not applicable to the post they are applying for) and upload the new document they wish to submit.
To try and help alleviate the incorrect documents being submitted, we have added a new option to the supporting document area which can be chosen as instructive text to candidate. The new option is as follows;
'Please remove any previous attachments ensuring that the document uploaded is tailored to the position you are applying for'.
This can be changed as a default or on a job by job basis. If you have any queries regarding this, please do not hesitate to get in touch.
