Good Afternoon,
It has been identified the date field data been returned in adhoc reporting is not correct. On the report ran, we are seeing the date value display as a day behind, for example the date 1st September 2019 has been entered into the system, however the report is displaying the date as 31st August 2019.
The testing we have conducted to this point has indicated this issue is only impacting the reporting type - Pending Contract and Hires Follow up. Our testing has also led us to believe the issue started somewhere between 26th Sept and 1st October, although this cannot be confirmed for sure until the issue has been reviewed by our technical teams.
The case has been raised with high priority as we appreciate this incident may impact your payroll deadlines, please be assured the impact has also been shared with the Lumesse team. We will keep you updated on this incident via the announcement.
If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to get in touch with us.
Kind Regards

Afternoon all,
In addition to our previous update, further testing has been conducted to identify whether this incident is impacting automatic contract generation and we are pleased to say contracts are working fine as they haven't been impacted :)
Many thanks
