Temporary Disablement of the New Job List in TalentLink (08.09.2020)

Good afternoon


We would like to inform you that you will shortly be seeing a roll back of the new job list (as released in Version Release 20.4 on Monday 24th August 2020) and TalentLink will revert to the previous version of the job list. 


This is a temporary change that is being implemented on the advice of our technical team in order to support the resolution of a bug which we have discovered in the system in relation to the Conditions Form. 


Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused. We will provide a further update as soon as we are able to.


In the meantime, should you experience any issues as a result of this change, please log a ticket via the Service Centre so that we can support you further.

We're pleased to confirm that initial testing has been positive following the switching on off the new job list last week and the issue regarding the Conditions Form appears to be resolved.

Good morning


Further to our previous communication, we would like to confirm that our technical team have confirmed that a fix has now been deployed to correct a bug in the code relating to the new job list which was causing an issue with the Conditions Form.


As such, the new job list will be switched back on tomorrow morning (Tuesday 22 September 2020). We will provide you with a further update once the change has taken place and initial testing is complete.
