Within Talentlink, you are able to build as many levels as you like, but be mindful that you are able to report up to Level 3 on your organisational structure. You may want to take this in to account if you are making changes to your organisational structure, or adding a level which requires accurate reporting.

There is a balance between your organisation structure reflecting your establishment for reporting, and maintaining the accuracy of your organisational structure. The general rule is - the bigger you build your organisational structure, the bigger the maintenance. If you are thinking about amending your structure, please, take this into account as we want you to be able to make the most out of Talentlink, but also, make it manageable for you on a day-to-day basis.
