A user has forgotten their password - what advice do I need to give?

On the Talentlink homepage, we have a forgotten password option.

When a user selects ‘Forgot password’, they will be asked for their Company Name and E-mail:


Company Name refers to the Company Name they use to log-in to Talentink which would be ‘WM Jobs’. This can sometimes be mistaken for the organisation that user works for, so if this is entered incorrectly, it will not allow your user to re-set their password, please note this is also case sensitive.
