In accordance with the GDPR regulations, TalentLink assures users are aware if the required consents are granted by the candidate.
A candidate is unable to apply without agreeing to the Data Privacy statement, therefore all applications submitted online via wmjobs.co.uk will have consent obtained.
An audit of this is captured on the candidate history tab and the author displays as the candidate.
You will also see a message confirming this on the vacancy selection steps page.
Please note any applications submitted prior to the 1st June will show a message advising the application consent is missing. On the candidate overview screen a ! will display in a red triangle.
