Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) is a security enhancement method achieved by adding an extra layer of protection on top of your user name and password. With MFA enabled, when users sign into TalentLink, they will be prompted for their user name and password (the first factor) as well as for an authentication response from their MFA device (the second factor). All users will be required to complete the device pairing process in order to log into TalentLink.
