Posting on Behalf of a New Organisation

Many of the jobs you post are likely to be ones where you are the employer and the jobs will be posted to your recruiter page on WMJobs to reflect this.

In addition, some subscribers may also run traded services which require them to post jobs for which they are not the employer and therefore the job needs to be posted on behalf of the employing organisation.

Inevitably, as your services grow, you may need to post on behalf of new organisations that are not already built into your ATS. The Resourcing Service, together with Tribepad, will be able to facilitate this for you.

To post on behalf of a new organisation:

• please raise a ticket on the Service Centre, providing, the name, address and logo of the organisation that you wish to add
• The Resourcing Service will:
  • either create a new Madgex (WMJobs) account for the organisation
  • or amend the existing account
• The Resourcing Service will liaise with Tribepad to ensure that the new organisation is added to your platform and mapped to WMJobs
• The Resourcing Service will confirm to you that the work is complete.

SLA: Requests to post on behalf of a new organisation will be completed within 11 working days.
