Requests for Training
Whilst Tribepad's online help pages provide guidance on how to use the ATS solution, there may be times when you require additional training for you or your wider team. Some examples of this may include, but are not limited to:
- Training new users
- Refresher training
- New functionality training
To request training, please raise a ticket on the Service Centre, labelling it as a work request. Please give as much information about your requirements as possible.
Once you have submitted your ticket, members of the Resourcing Service will review your request to establish the best way forward and make contact with you to make the necessary arrangements.
