For those users who have access to create and/or run Ad-hoc reports in TalentLink, you may be aware that it is possible to store previous versions of a report that is created. This allows you to view historic data from when a report has been run previously;



Depending on the data within the report, to be GDPR compliant, we would advise that this value is set to ‘0’, so that multiple versions of historic reports aren’t stored within the system that contain personal data.
