The application review tool allows those shortlisting to easily review the application form electronically. Following this they can complete a feedback form (and rate) if required for each candidate, before moving on to the next one. There are 3 approaches available to gather feedback, depending on the quality of response required, a single click decision, 5 star rating with comment or a bespoke feedback form.
